Here with the letter our company would like to addressed the Letter of Intent (LOI) as to forge the commitment between:

1.      Name               : Mrs. Endah Nisa Kartika

      Position           : CEO (Chief Executive Office)

      Company         : Dell, Inc.

2.      Name               : Mr. Alex

      Position           : Corporate Director

      Company         : Gateway Computers, Corp.

Are agreed to have commitment assigning in terms of the said letter of intent through several articles as follows :

Article 1

Agreement Object

First party agreed and handed over 200 a set of computers to the second party agrees to purchase and pay for the commodities of 200 set of computers belonging to the first party.

Article 2

Price And Payment Terms

1.        Both parties agreed that the price of a set computer is US $ 1500.

2.        Payments made through the company's account.

Articles 3

Contract Volume

Contract comes into force since the signed agreement  and can not be canceled unilaterally.

Article 4

Shared Responsibility

All transport and security costs and other costs are the responsibility of second parties.
